Dear Beach Cruiser ~ I heart you

Look at how excited I am in this picture. Who would think that riding a bicycle could make a girl so happy? But it's not just any bike — it's a BEACH CRUISER. Like the coolest thing ever invented. And after almost a full year in sunny San Diego, I finally got to test one out. 

Mom and dad just left after a 10-day visit. Actually they left 2 weeks ago, but...ya know I'm dragging behind. But the point is, we did so many fun things! I'll post some more pictures later, hopefully this weekend.

But really riding around Coronado Island on a Beach Cruiser with Mom and Dad was probably my favorite thing we did during their trip. So much fun! It was just me and my $7 Beach Cruiser and mom and dad. (We went a second time when Dana came to town.) If you haven't tested out the wonderfulness of a beach cruiser...Do It! Most of my friends here have one. I now have my heart set on buying one. Especially since my regular bike isn't doing the job.
