"Menacing Seagull"

First, a little background. Our condo complex has a pesky seagull that thinks our pool is his pool. I found this out when I was swimming in it probably two months ago. As soon as I got out, this seagull jumped in, swam around and floated for a while. I had noticed there was bird poop everywhere. Especially on top of this hangover thing extending from the community room. 

I think the next time I was down at the pool was the Saturday before my cousin left. Just as I was leaving the pool area, the pesky seagull did it again.

Well needless to say, yesterday while in the elevator to get to my place I saw this:

I guess that seagull thinks that the pool is his own community spa. But I'd like to thank our condo complex manager for posting this sign. BECAUSE if I didn't read this and went down to the pool, I probably would have died of a heart attack just seeing this "fake" snake in our pool!!
