Randomness goings on here

Well Dana has talked some sense into me, and I'm pretty sure I'm going with a yellow bedroom now. A LIGHT yellow. My new interior designer has directed me to Pottery Barn for some selections. :-)

I am officially hooked on the Twilight Series books. Last night I picked up the 4th and final book in the series — Breaking Dawn. Randomly found a Barnes & Noble Gift Card that I had in my wallet. I think it was from Christmas. Very exciting find! And so, as I did the night before, I got lost in my book for a good 4 hours. Love that! When your into a book so much that you forget the time. Luckily, it wasn't past my bedtime. I literally have to pry myself away from the book, but am sure to leave off in a good spot.

As desperately as I want to read again tonight, BONES and LOST are both on. What luck do I have that two of my favorite shows are on back-to-back on the same night.

(Yes, I'm quite boring these days. I've realized that I need a new hobby and have contacted a local hospital in La Jolla to do some volunteer work. I have orientation in May, then an interview, then I have to get shots. I'm anxious to see what opportunities there are. I've always wanted to do this!)

Ummm trying to eat more fruits and veggies. Sometimes I gag, but it has to be done. I find that packaging helps things taste better. Like little baby carrots in a fun one serving bag. :-)
I still pretty much can only eat raw bananas. I pretty much only LIKE bananas. All other raw fruits make my mouth scratchy (oral allergy syndrome) — check this link: I found out that I'm not the only one. Phew! Oranges and strawberries I can handle. But it's like I said — packaging. I want my fruits and veggies prepared - like a veggie or fruit plate. But, I have no such luxury.

My moto is - a banana a day keeps the doctor away.

Got a George Foreman thanks to Aunt Jamie, Uncle Andy and the kids. Thanks guys! I'm going to test it out tonight. So when I say I'm doing some grillin....it's on my Georgie Foreman. It should be easy enough. Me not having to use gas, coals and lighters are a good thing. I don't even own a candle. Hahahaha....

Thanks to dad, I get free TV. Dad sent one of those digital cable box things. I get all my TV stations through the heavens! And all basic stations including the CW come through. AWESOMENESS!

Easter - didn't do much. I painted my fingernails and toenails pink. I didn't even eat an egg or chocolate. Dad had a somewhat uneventful Easter also. Though, he said he did have a hard boiled egg. HE was thinkin!

On a final note to this mostly eventful Wednesday ... I wish you a GREAT Thursday. :-)

Hey, don't forget I put a magic marker line on my boiled egg for Easter. Had to have some coloring. You need to be a good George Foreman cook by the time mom & I get there so we can have Ribeyes on the "grill". August or September I'm thinking, should give you enough time to learn without burn. April 20th today in Wisconsin and snowing this morning when I got up. Fawn Elizabeth, you and Greg need to check in with your local mental health institute and get a checkup.
