What I learned today

An amazing new workout for the arms. It's called the Tug and Pull. What you do is give your dog a toy. He grabs it. You tug, and he pulls. Repeat the motion 20 times. Switch to the other arm.

I'm sure there is some way to work out the legs. That probably just involves walking the dog. Sometimes I think Cody would rather run. What he doesn't know yet is that I DON'T run.
