Nothing beats spending time in the Wisconsin Woods with family. I missed out last year because I had just moved. But this year, I was dead-set on joining in the fun. And though I'll be taking vacation during a busy time at work, there just comes a time in your life when you realize that nothing is more important than spending time with the ones you love the most — your family. So I will pack my little carryon suitcase — the bare minimum — because dad said "it's the woods and there is no need to be fancy."
Days will be spent playing in the lake, scootin' around in canoes, riding bikes, playing games, inhaling the scent of campfires, roasting marsh mellows, eating, hugging, reminiscing — the list goes on and on. Oh yeah, and eating ice cream. :-)

These photos are courtesy of my cousin who took these last year up north.
