DeDe came for a visit this past weekend — which ended up being a 3-day weekend for me because of President's Day. Oh, and Valentine's Day. Us single ladies got dressed up and went out on the town with friends. First we went to go see the movie "He's Just Not That Into You." I guess it's a typical movie you see on Valentine's Day when you don't have a real valentine. FYI - good movie!
It was a very eventful weekend for me...having spent the previous weekend doing NOTHING but watching episodes of LOST. Tell me about it. By Monday night I was exhausted. And, regretted having to get up for work the next morning. I really needed another day of rest.
So what do you do when your best friend comes to town? I'll tell you.
1. Sleep in every day.
2. Go see a movie, then go shopping for a new shirt using her as your stylist.
3. Let her talk you into buying fake eyelashes and doing your makeup.
4. Do not disagree with her when she tells you to wear the heels instead of the flats.
5. Have a great night out on the town! So much so that you kind of don't feel so well the next morning. But, it was all still worth it.
6. Both leave the house still not feeling well, eat greasy food, and watch a Rugby Tournament at Petco Park (where the Padres play).
7. Go to Yorgurtland for ice cream.
8. Revert to our middle school days and go to SkateWorld. We really did roller skate for 2 hours. And we are still really good at it! An older lady in the bathroom even said we were good. Very random of her to say, but very flattering also. :-)
Fun times.....

So glad you had fun with Dede, Did she say where those tornadoes hit in Coweta County? One day I'll have to put one of those videos of you and Dede (from the 'old days') on your blog. Then people will really see what you guys were like. I still like the grocery store one the best.
