I'm going to be honest, I'm having a rough work week. But thankfully, music it getting me through my days. Today my playlist included the Mamma Mia soundtrack. ABBA = Greatness!
This is one of my favorite songs. Just makes you want to get up and dance! Sadly, I'm in an open office so I can't just get up and dance without everyone wondering if I lost a few screws. But I am shaking a little in my hair. My head is bopping side to side to.
Sadly, I'm not 17 anymore. But I do remember listening to dad's ABBA record in the basement of our house in Georgia. I'd turn this song up so loud. And I couldn't wait to be 17. My friend Sarah would be over on some of these "rare" occasions, and she now tells me that every time she hears this song it reminds her of me.
My nerves are calmer now....
ABBA was just the right medicine for the day.
