I'm in the beginning stages of making my Ruby Red Slippers for my Dorothy Halloween costume. Thursday night I bought a nice looking pair of pukey brown heels from Goodwill for $5.99. They are really comfortable and not to unstable to walk in. Thank goodness.
Last night was Step One of the process — spray paint RED. I did two coats last night and just finished off another this morning. I think I'll let them sit for two days.
Step Two: Glue, red sequense and red glitter!!! :-)
