Celine spectacular

The Celine Dion concert in Anaheim was magical. I spent most of the time with my eyes smashed to my binoculars, but you gotta do what you gotta do. 

She was amazing live. I wasn't surprised by that...but I think Shawn was. 

We were at the very TOP, in the very last ROW. This picture at right shows our exact view. So you can see how the binoculars came in handy. I requested that we get to the arena early so I could buy some swag. The hotel was across the street — so Nice. So I ventured out without my camera or phone (because it has a camera and recording capabilities.) I didn't want to risk it being taken away. Anyways (picture me rolling my eyes), MANY people brought their cameras. How they got them in, I have no idea. They didn't only check bags, they wanded us down. Shawn took this picture with his phone. I will only have memories of seeing Celine live in person, in my memory. 

But before the wonderful concert, the gang and I went to Downtown Disney, which was 3 miles down the street from the hotel. Free parking, Christmas decorations and Disney memorabilia everywhere = HEAVEN. I ended up buying another Disney coffee mug. Can't have enough of those! Sunday morning we all enjoyed our continental breakfast and hit the road back to San Diego. Thanksgiving weekend went by fast.
