Get up off of that thing

I had every intention of taking a walk yesterday after work. I changed into my running clothes and shoes, but then slowly made it over to my bed and shut my eyes. Then the song "I just called, to say, I love you..." rang out. That's mom's ring. :) I answered the phone. We talked. Then it was dark. Forget the walk. Ha!

One week from today, I'll have visitors arriving, and I can't wait! Uncle Andy, Aunt Jamie and the kids will be visiting Sunny San Diego for a long weekend. Next Friday we're going skiing up in Big Bear. I haven't been skiing in a long time. I think the last time I was in the snow was two years ago when I went snow tubing with friends.
